One thing I'm shocked about is this statement on the website!

Bassinets are not available for customers traveling in United Polaris first class, United First® or United Business® at this time.

True BUT there are bassinets in Polaris Business -- see United Aircraft then select the aircraft in question and scroll to the bottom of the page and look for the bassinet line.
Also most p.t.s./PS flights have fixed bassinets in front (all but the sUA 752s, 2-4-2 772).

Also you can go to Consolidated Where to Sit on a United Plane Threads and select the aircraft in question and check the wiki for that aircraft.
