Because of a long commute, I also don't eat breakfast until I get to work and then prefer no dishes or microwaved foods. I'm avoiding dairy and eggs, and don't like a lot of (too) sweet options. I used to soak oats in plain yogurt overnight and add some fruit (frozen or fresh) in the morning. When I went dairy free, I replaced the yogurt with unsweetened apple sauce, it works for me (and the little tubber I use stays clean enough to just rinse before the next use). I wish the airlines would have a meat option that's gluten, dairy and egg free!
