Sort of feels like I heard the final verdict, but nothing of the case itself.
OP didn't know his/her advantage number or password or security questions but was upset that (s)he couldn't access his/her account because (s)he refused to call AA, then decided to call AA to cancel his/her account that (s)he couldn't access and apparently (s)he couldn't stand AA anymore after this horrible, horrible treatment.
