AF/BKK-MNL
KL and AF/ SIN-CKG
MH / DXB-BEY
KL/ BON-AUA, BON-CUR, BON-GYE, BON-LIM, BON-UIO

MH has lots of int'l flights to/from regional airports, so you can fly from Europe to Australia without passing through KUL (e.g., FRA-KCH-PER)
