Based on the T&Cs looks like it was indeed a typo. But, I also wouldn't have been surprised if they did omit Q4 as a way of boosting sales outside of the Christmas rush.

Probably the exact people Amex/Saks would like to attract. I have a Saks near me and have never found anything worthwhile (to me) there. Maybe I'll pick up a couple nice pairs of socks or something with the credit.
