St Regis Residence Aspen is a Limited Participation Residence property so I expect it to be outside the normal redemption schedule.

phoenician residences is also residences (fractionals) and marriott lists it
ritz carlton has hotels that are fractionals and residences, dont participate in rewards
(as in zero non-residential accommodations, though singapore hotel also no rewards)
marriott allowed a lot to not participate, while starwood finally got all to participate
