There is also the Cathay Pacific lounge in NRT but I also liked the qantas lounge (it was quite quiet in the morning)

Spent this morning at the 1st class JAL Lounge in NRT, (currently in Flagship at ORD). The shower at the lounge was great, but I have to say I prefer the Cathay Lounge in NRT, less busy, more refined and relaxing. No fresh made sushi, but the quiet makes the Cathay my preferred lounge. BTW, the Flagship at ORD today has a very nice dinner buffet, have not tried any of it, but looks bon appetite.
