Claim submitted for Double Tree Hilton Kuala Lumpur
Hilton Rate: MYR 820
Goibibo: MYR 690
Same room type, same cancellation policy. Booking made yesterday and was claim processed today.

The claim was denied initially because they couldn't find the same rate. Had screenshots with time stamp. Reservation and BRG experience was fair & swift. Both App and reservation show changed price after 25% off.
