A question;

My mom is 65 years old Elite plus member non-resident of USA. We did nothing or applied for Tsa precheck but at our last 2 ex usa flights ,security says she has tsa prechecked .. no need to remove shoes or belt etc. She pass the security much faster than me :-)))

My question is How could it be possible?
