At the low end Dial7 and Carmel can both do it (as can lots of other basic level services). Almost all the higher end services offer it, too.

BTW I wouldn't mention the age of the passenger to the car service because they might give you a hard time about it. I'd just treat it like a normal meet-and-greet pickup. I assume the kid will have a mobile phone and can call you or the car service if (s)he has trouble finding the driver?
