Yes they have qualified for ten years, but if those ten years are on the MR side, are those ten years officially considered to be 2009-2018, with the first year's counter changing in March 2009 (date earned) or 2010-2019 with the status counter first recognizing a Plat year in approximately February 2010 (start of the status year for which status has been earned)? Since legacy MR doesn't count years at the level for lifetime status, we really don't know whether the ten years would be considered to be

2009, 2010,.....2018

OR

2010, 2011,....2019.

If matters for whether the ten years Plat requirement is satisfied before the end of calendar 2018.
