yeah you should not settle for less than that, i just got 6K miles a few days ago for a non working remote on a KLM floght in J. the screen was perfectly working but not the remote.
actually i just remembered that 2 years ago i received 200 euros AF coupon for a an AF J flight on the which my screen was not working very well. i was Gold at at the time.
