Typical compensation for non working screen in J SIN-CDG
Any idea what would be typically given in miles for a non working screen in business from SIN-CDG? Completely booked flight so no where to move to. Kudos to the purser who offered me her personal Ipad with one movie on it.

yeah you should not settle for less than that, i just got 6K miles a few days ago for a non working remote on a KLM floght in J. the screen was perfectly working but not the remote.
actually i just remembered that 2 years ago i received 200 euros AF coupon for a an AF J flight on the which my screen was not working very well. i was Gold at at the time.
