For me the answer is clear. If you achive 750 nights and 10 Platinum Elite(SPG Platinum,Marriott Platinum,Marriott Gold) years in 2018 by the new program rules, you will get LTPPE. If not,then from 2019 the maximum you will get is LTPE after stayed 600 nights and have 10 years of Platinum Elite status.
