I doubt there is anyone in this situation because they'd still need 500 more nights after those 250 Marriott stays you mention to get to 750. If those 500 nights got them to LTP at SPG, then the 250 Marriott nights would combine to in fact get them LTPP.
LTG's? No. Unless they have 10 years combined SPG Plat or at least MR Gold.
Maybe the remaining 500 nights were slept with Starwood, with for example a single 48 night stay every year for eleven years (all before this year), which would give eleven years of SPG Gold and not a single year of SPG Plat or fact any Elite50 status level that requires 50 nights per year. The person would have over 750 nights, but not a single year (with either SPG or MR) of Plat (or any status level requiring 50 nights), but the person could argue that if all of the one night stays had been done with SPG rather than MR, they would have had ten years of SPG Plat (in fact, PlatMinus) status.
