I would only caution you about pushing the stroller up and down the steps of the bridges, so it is a good idea to stay on your side of the Rialto Bridge. Da Carletto will be welcoming and food is excellent. It will be about a 15 minute walk from the Gritti and will not involve many bridges to cross. Al Covo is another restaurant where I am certain you will be treated well.
