New "summer service" - first, nuts w/beverage, then everything else but cookie on same tray. Small portion of lox, fruit, and choice of omelette, some stuffed french toasty thing, or a "protein plate." Bagels or croissant choice. Snack basket later, as well as lukewarm chocolate chip cookies.

On a flight of that length, and purported luxury, why the "need" to serve everything at once? Definitely a downgrade from my previous trips on the route.
