Barclays wants me to pay the bill, even when I have negative balance?
After a few returns and rewards redemptions, the balance on one of my Barclays cards became negative. But Barclays still shows that I need to pay the bill. Do I really need to pay the bill? Some other issuers don't usually require it in such cases.
