The Delta Hotels of Kelowna BC have added a resort fee!
Both the Grand Okanagan and the Royal Private Residence Club have added an RF of C$20 per night + GST & PST! Which is ridiculous because they are the most expensive hotels in town @ ~C$400 and C$800 a night all-in in summer, which is high season! It even applies to new Rewards bookings!
