My questions are
1. Am I allowed to bring in all 5 people on the reservation into the club at once? They are family, my dad, mom, 2 sisters and brother in law. I couldn't find any where about a limit on those type of family members, only 2 friends or significant other and kids.
2. Am I still eligible to be put on the upgrade lists for the flights? Not my family, just me since I have Platinum Pro. There is no spot on the reservation that shows me that it was complimentary upgraded like it usually has with all my work trips.

Thanks!

1) No. if you’re accessing because of your status and a qualifying flight, you’re allowed one guest. See here.

If you’re an Admirals Club member, which you are by virtue of the Citi Exec Card, you are allowed two guests - even if they’re your “dad, mom, 2 sisters and brother in law”; more if they’re mentioned in the highlighted portion.

Immediate family (spouse, domestic partner and/or children under 18) or up to 2 guests.” See here.

So you’re allowed two guests. The other three can buy $59 one day passes.

2) if it’s a “domestic” flight you can upgrade, but they’ll probably have to separate your PNRs (passenger name records - the itinerary with a six letter name). See https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/amer...questions.html for further information; be sure to read the Wikipost at the top of the page.
