This is a great thread, as most FT threads are. My wife and I will be in Venice for 2 quick nights in September and trying to decide on a restaurant for nice dinner. Between Antiche Carampane, Al Covo, and Alle Testiere, which would you recommend as a quintessential Venetian meal? Secondly, we arrive at Marco Polo Airport at around 7pm and staying in NH Palazzo Barroci. Any suggestions nearby for a late night meal, I'd say around 9:30/10pm?
