Yay, finally a straight answer on this. Had been looking at this forum off and on for the last month and was confusing about which LT platinum status we'd end up at end of year. I'm an SPG LTP with over 1,100 combined nights (839 SPG, 269 Marriott) so will get LTPPE rather than just LTPE. Works for me...
