Avis Preferred Profile issues
Hi all,
I reserved a car with Avis before I set up my profile. While I was entering all the info it would not take my credit card, a card that is valid. I order to get past that, I entered my debit card info which it took. The car was paid with my credit card so I do not know why the profile would not accept that information. Two calls to customer service were in vain. Does anyone know what is going on with Avis????
