Don't see any reason why not? There would be an insane uproar if they started clawing back nights. And even if you had a past night earned at both Marriott/Starwood on the same night...let's be real, they aren't going to go start canceling those out. I had a duplicate one myself this year (due to a forced overnight)...one paid, one award, no biggie at all.
