MPM has no relevance when the airline is listing specific allowed routes
On Expert Flyer , it can be seen that for TYO-LHR , that for AY fares , that they are constructed , rather than published fares - which can knock them out
There is , I must have missed it before, one AY fare that is a mileage based fare, but does have a mileage limit of 7456 miles
