Longest award ticket routings from Japan to EU?
What would the longest ticket-able one-way award ticket routings from Japan to the EU look like?
A few ticketable routings:
TYO-SIN-HEL-LHR
TYO-SIN-MAD-LHR
TYO-HKG-SIN-MAD-LHR
A few unlikely, but not entirely implausible routings:
TYO-SIN-HKG-MAD-LHR (quasi-backtrack SIN-HKG)
TYO-SIN-HKG-DOH-LHR (transit Asia 2 & Doha "third regions")
TYO-SIN-HEL-DOH-LHR (transit Asia 2 & Doha "third regions" & backtrack HEL-DOH)
A few ticketable routings:
TYO-SIN-HEL-LHR
TYO-SIN-MAD-LHR
TYO-HKG-SIN-MAD-LHR

The backtracking on tyo-sin-hkg-mad-lhr wouldn't be a problem, but you might hit an MPM problem.
Rules allow Asia 1 to Europe via Asia 2 or via DOH (if flights both into and out of DOH are on QR), but I don't think both. YMMV though.

I don't see why we are doing this... But if you swap SIN with CGK it is a little bit longer.

TYO-SIN-HKG-DOH-LHR - QR only permits TYO-DOH-LHR
TYO-SIN-HEL-DOH-LHR - trying to go Europe-Middle East - Europe
TYO-SIN-HEL-LHR - exceeds AY's MPM
TYO-SIN-MAD-LHR and TYO-HKG-SIN-MAD-LHR - no valid airline for SIN-LHR
This one looks unlikely to be able to be ticketed but the only one that has any viability

I cannot see that any of thse are valid MPM by BA, JL and AY is 7456 miles and CX 9812

The AA MPM for an AA metal fare between TYO and LHR is irrelevant.

Wouldn't the relevant AY MPM for Asia 1 to Europe via Asia 2 be the AY "MPM EH" of 9812 (ie. TYO-HKG/SIN/BKK-HEL-LHR with HKG/SIN/BKK-HEL on AY)? That would make MPM +25 11197 which would even allow for TYO-SIN-HKG-HEL-LHR at 10,892.
The "MPM TS" of 7456 makes sense for TYO-HEL-LHR (and possibly TYO-ICN/PVG/PEK-HEL-LHR) though.
Thanks for your insights!

AY does not have an MPM but lists specific permitted routings
1. TYO-AY-FRA-AY-HEL-AY-LON
2. TYO-NU/JL/GK/AY-OSA/NGO/FUK-AY-HEL-AY-LON
3. TYO-AY-HEL-AY-LON
4. TYO-AY-FRA-AY-HEL-BA/AY-LON
5. TYO-NU/JL/GK/AY-OSA/NGO/FUK-AY-HEL-BA/AY-LON
6. TYO-AY-HEL-BA/AY-LON.
On top of that, it may also not be permitted since this is a constructed routing of TYO-HEL with addon to London rather than a published routing
AA's award routings do not generally allow for scenic tours of continents

No - It will be the published allowance for AY

MPM has no relevance when the airline is listing specific allowed routes
On Expert Flyer , it can be seen that for TYO-LHR , that for AY fares , that they are constructed , rather than published fares - which can knock them out
There is , I must have missed it before, one AY fare that is a mileage based fare, but does have a mileage limit of 7456 miles

I am curious to the OP's interest in this. Are you just interested in maximizing flight distance per 1,000 AAdvantage miles? (Not me - I want shortest total travel time conditioned by sensible departure and arrival times.) Do you expect to assemble a segment-by-segment routing? AA's use of married segment availability may thwart that. More segments over more carriers introduces greater risk of phantom award availability - AA agents just don't see it when you go to book it due to databases being out of sync.
