No - It will be the published allowance for AY
AY does not have an MPM but lists specific permitted routings

1. TYO-AY-FRA-AY-HEL-AY-LON
2. TYO-NU/JL/GK/AY-OSA/NGO/FUK-AY-HEL-AY-LON
3. TYO-AY-HEL-AY-LON
4. TYO-AY-FRA-AY-HEL-BA/AY-LON
5. TYO-NU/JL/GK/AY-OSA/NGO/FUK-AY-HEL-BA/AY-LON
6. TYO-AY-HEL-BA/AY-LON.

On top of that, it may also not be permitted since this is a constructed routing of TYO-HEL with addon to London rather than a published routing

AA's award routings do not generally allow for scenic tours of continents
