And of so... I'm trying to count my elite years on the Marriott side, will the same approach be followed there?
I'm not implying anything other than if someone has earned at least Gold elite in SPG for four years and adds another year of Gold elite by December 31, 2018, and also has 250 lifetime nights, then that satisfies the legacy SPG requirements for reaching Lifetime Gold in the SPG Program, which will map to becoming Lifetime Gold Elite in the new program.
Only HNS knows for sure if this is true or not, and my answer is based on it being just as it was related.
