You (and others) are mixing apples & oranges. B6 is for cases where *known* policy would not grant the desired benefit, but people feel the need to engage in special pleading. It's not for requests to clarify allegedly unclear policy/rules.
If you thought it belong in a different place, why couldn't you have moved it?
I just moved it from B6-g to B8, but then I found that it was referred to by number below, so now it's a big mess!

William, sorry, due to confusion about where it belonged, the B6-g that
margarita girl was referring to has been renumbered to B8, because
beltway complained above that it shouldn't have been in B6.
