You can do each card twice -- once using your SSN as tax ID and once using your EIN as tax ID
You can apply once every 31 days, but its better to space them out every 2-3 months to play it safe otherwise you risk a shutdown from Chase -- also consider lowering some credit limits before applying for a new card (if you have too much credit from Chase vs your income)
