Tomorrow (10 May 2018) is AAIB bulletin day.* I wonder whether avherald has basically received a leak in advance of part of the report? I suppose we will all find out tomorrow. And if so, that might possibly clear up the confusion about what the oil was.

* The AAIB's monthly bulletins are published on the second Thursday of each month.
