Have you tried Google Flights to piece it together? It doesn't look like AA even operates a JFK-SYR nonstop. So whatever result you get will likely be really expensive and involve 2 extra connections i.e. PHX-LAX-JFK-DCA-SYR or something similar. That is a silly routing just to get in the 321T business class.
