AA at MIA also does a fair bit of bus transfers too.
And AA also has the dread Gate 35X at DCA, which has gotten bad enough that the airport authority is spending $400 million to tetris a new commuter terminal into scarce land on airport grounds to replace it. (Despite chronic overcrowding at DCA itself, it remains the preferred airport for US domestic air travel into the Washington DC area because the location is so much better than Dulles or Baltimore)
