Now I found out that none of the reservations they made have a Business Extra number in there. If I put my wife's number in there, will she get credit or is there some other way American tracks Business Extra stuff when booked by a cororate travel agent.
If the corp travel agent has any kind of discount / preferred rate / contract rate / etc (IMO extremely likely), then the flights aren't eligible for BE credit. Often times (not always), the ticket number for these tickets will begin with 0017 or 0018.
