RAW is a gorgeous space, but the style of food it does (basically very modern Western cuisine) didn’t impress me that much relative to restaurants doing the same thing in Europe or the U.S.

I can’t speak to the others you mentioned, but YEN (on the top of the W Taipei) was excellent.

Lastly - I don’t think any of these are starred, as Taiwan does not have its own Michelin guide.
