Planning to stay at Hyatt Regency first time to avail the AMEX $60 credit for $200+ stay.

Can I get both Hyatt points and Airline (say AA) miles for the same stay? Or is it one of the two?

Note I'll be staying at Hyatt Regency so not to be confused with the 1000 AA bonus miles offer at Hyatt House properties.
