Currently only three new A380s (V-SKU, SKV and SKW) have the New Suites, whereas all 15 old A380s (9V-SKE..SKT) have the old ones. This only leaves room for one daily LHR rotation, the SQ317/322 that you mentioned, up to July and beyond.

Comments by LTN Phobia and others above, and in this thread, also indicate that your miles will be no good for New Suites in the foreseeable future. Hope you have some cash to spare instead
