If you click "lifetime" in the right-center of the first page there, it will show "lifetime nights" and "years elite" just below that, but then the next thing down (shaped like a half circle) shows you years Platinum if you have already earned SPG Lifetime Gold, which it sounds like you have.
Oddly, it does not, at least in my case. It shows I have 0 nights and 0 elite years to go to Lifetime Gold, but doesn't show progress to Lifetime Platinum.
(And, of course, I don't think there's anything remotely like this on the Marriott Rewards site for that side of the equation. I may be wrong; thus the Wiki question.)
