Could not agree more. Quite pleasant in the air, on the ground, if something goes wrong, then…hope for the best.
BTW, a lot of of other carriers are like this too. I think of Emirates. Pleasant in the air, unreliable on the ground.
I am friends with someone who is Platinum, and the "concierges" are little more than marketing tools.
