Summary: Breakfast is available at most brands (exceptions noted in bold above) as a welcome amenity choice, and lounge access is NOT granted at resort properties.
My worries here concern Sheraton Resorts with lounges, such as for example the Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort or the Sheraton Grand Rio Hotel & Resort, to just name two. Leaving aside Marriott properties, that would mean that as SPG LTP, we're now not entitled anymore to use flat out all the lounges at all the (formerly) SPG properties.
