Not for me at least, but I know some would value this benefit more than others. Looking at the chart for Plat Premier, it does say 5 extra suite nights or gift award. I'm curious what kind of gift would that be. I'm actually interested on the 75% points bonus and for that reason I would do everything to reach that threshold. There's also the 48-hour guarantee, but it's not much use to me since I always reserve a room in advance.
