Not sure on the person flying EK having access to the QF lounge. I've been told the rules are different at LHR since the new QF lounge opened. QF passengers can only access the EK lounge if flying in first or have chairmans lounge status, and EK passengers can only access the QF lounge if flying in first.
That appears similar to the the rules BEFORE this lounge opened.
The published rules changed upon opening to basically allow EK/QF*EK/QF PAX in Business or First access.
(I noted that clearly, as previously access had been more restrictive.)
So, On a "Class of Service" basis it is showing QF Marketed Business or First with guest or EK marketed and operated by QF or EK with no guest.
So Class of service access if on a EK flight number operated by EK or QF is still available.

Next onward flight that day must be a Qantas marketed flight (QF flight number).
One guest allowed and must be travelling with the member on the same flight.
Emirates International Business
Next onward flight that day must be operated by Qantas or Emirates with an EK flight number.
No guest permitted.
