At LHR on your return, if you can, arrive at the airport a few hours early. Call in advance to book a massage and shave at the Clubhouse there. Perhaps the best airline lounge out there.
We have 2 upper class award tickets for August, LAS-LGW. Is there a clubhouse at LGW?

BTW because of discussions on Flyertalk we got certificates for 2 more trips before the mileage went up. We have to book by Nov 1 this year but can book 331 days ahead.
