ANA, Air China, Air India, Asiana, Lufthansa, Singapore Airlines, Swiss, Thai Airways and United Airlines on certains routes have first class.

If OneWorld offers their Emerald status passengers first class lounge access, I don’t see why Star Allaince couldn’t do the same with a higher tier than Star Gold.
