Not sure if I was there on a bad day or not, but multiple people blasting their phones on speaker or watching TV/movies with the volume cranked up. I find that annoying. Might've had to do with the fact that the lounge is just too small for the crowds.
Jeez I find that annoying, and nothing to do with the lounge being too small - it's to do with people being rude and inconsiderate. I've become quite comfortable with walking up to people and asking them to take their FaceTiming outside the lounge or use headphones or whatever. Sometimes I'll ask lounge staff to exact such discipline - after all and IMHO, that is part of their job.
