Booked some SYD/MEL/BNE/SYD domestic sectors with the view of experiencing the new Qantas Airbus aircraft before it goes to international configuration.

So, subsequently was able to get flights with A332 on SYD/MEL, A332 on MEL/BNE and then an A333 on BNE/SYD for two trips in August. I go and check the details of my flights last night only to find that all but one of the six flights have had a change of aircraft, often being downgraded to a 734 or 738. Now that really pi**ed me off as I haven't had a chance to travel on one of these new planes.

Any chance of swapping flights?? (On a couple of the sectors, the Airbus' are on a later flight) Anyone had any experiences with this before? Is it a common thing with Qantas?

Unfortunately, I know only too well what the Terms and Conditions say .... "subject to a change of aircraft".
