As I recall your criteria I would suggest Celebrity. Should be close in cost and family friendly. Nice ships, decent food, and good cabins. Really family friendly and probably the lowest cost amongst the mass market lines would be Carnival. They’ve shed their “party ship” reputation, particularly for non-Caribbean based cruises, and actually have moved more to the center in terms of service, food, entertainment, etc. All have their loyalists and antagonists so you’re going to read all sorts of raves and hates on any cruise line.
