From recollection, the Escape set up in MAN has two parts to it: there is a staffed bar which is where alcoholic drinks are served, and a set of glass fridges which allow self serve of soft drinks and mixers. I vaguely recall seeing some bottle beer and lager in the fridges, but I may be incorrect there. I imagine the bar gets staffed from 11 hrs onwards, but I guess it is possible that alcohol is available on request before that.
