It is doable if everything is ontime but I would not feel comfortable with it. I would give myself at least 4 hours on separate tickets. BA Check-In will close 1 hour before and PHL baggage delivery is infamously slow (think up to 45 minutes) and it can take up to 15 minutes to transfer terminals landside - this leaves you a 30 minute buffer.
