Surprisingly, I got approved for the Business cc w/o any request for tax forms or any requirement to open a CD. My guess is I escaped those hoops because I've been a long time BoA customer both with checking account and savings account plus I've had the AS personal card for more than a decade with no abuses of it. Credit score stays over 800. Still, I did not get instant approval but about ten days later I received an email congratulating me on getting approved for it. From reading this thread I'm thinking I got lucky.
